Paying and arm and leg to get lower than 6mbs speed up and down

We are paying almost R1200 for a 200mbs up and 200mbs down line but we are getting less tha. 6mbs download and less than 3mbs upload. If you do not own a laptop that can take a LAN cable to do a speed test one there they refuse to help you

They are absolutely useless this is the worst decision we ever made.
