Pay for no services

This is a long complaint 1st I was enquiring about a fiber line, the rep asks me to give all my details it was recorded by RSA the next moment I am registered with them and they bill me, taking money off my banking account so I want to cancel this and I was told no problem I need to put down R30,000 so I do not have that money and had to go on with this STUPID contract I did not sign now for the past 14 days my line is off for 6-8 hour per day, I phone them up now sorry sir we can't do anything to your problem as it shows on our side it is 100% working
