Pathetic service since 18 June!

Your lack of customer care and service delivery never fails to disappoint.

For over a month I have been trying to upgrade my line (which means more money for you), however, this is yet to happen, even through i have your technicians on the phone with me for hours, someone came out to my property to do the necessary checks and even upgrading my router, you still fail to offer me a solution.

Wait... the last consultant who emailed me told me that the only way I am going to get the speed I am looking for is to collect the LAN line to my laptop...... should I work in my kitchen?

Pathetic service since 18 June!

Please get your accounts department to contact me, to cancel my contract, I would rather buy Vodacom data bundles!
