Pathetic service, No accountability, Worst ISP to deal with.

Not even sure what drug the people who rated RSAWeb as a good ISP are on. This has been the worst ever service I have received since MTN in 2008. The customer service agents are rude, speak over you and act like they are doing you a favor. No one knows what's happening, everyone tries to pass the buck to the next person. I have never been disgusted by a company like this and this is only my first month.
