Pathetic service i would never recomend.

I took out a 100mbps line with u idiots to start 1st of october 2021, y because i read reviews i did my homework, u guys r suppose to voted num1 clearly its a lie. Some idiot Bongani sold me a stupid dream, messed up my entire 1st experience with u guys i have it all on email. He manager or superior Jabu cud not fix the problem. Then a Henry came into the picture. My line was active since the 1st of Oct 2021 and i did not have a router. My router was delivered on the 6th of Oct 2021 but my bill was running aince my line was active. I was told i will gwt R1000 credit that will cover my 1st month. Clearly was a lie. I was debited this morning 1st of all who gets paid on the 9th of the month. Secondly who is going to paid for my missed debit order fees also what happened to the R1000 credit. Im so ****ed right now its unreal. After all the bull**** i should have not paid at all for this flippen wifi. This is not how a relationship is suppose to start. Now i have missed debit order fees as if money grows on trees. **** it. I asked bongani on email if i want to move the vumatel line will o be charged on email he said no and told me my 1st month will be covered. It was a lie. Then he told me because we moving the line the credit falls away. My wifi is active 3 days and u guys debit me. I mean really how will u solve my problem. And are u going to pay for my fees. I think bongano. Jabu and henry should take their salary and pay for my 1st month and my bank charges beacuse clearly they all usless.
