Pathetic service from RSAweb internet service provider.

Whatever you do, do not use rsaweb as your service provider for your fibre.

They are absolutely PATHETIC!

I had struggled with my internet connection immediately when my service was up. I tried for the ENTIRE first month to get ahold of someone from the support team to help me sort the problem out ,but no one ever followed up or made any effort to help at all!!

Now four months down the line I've decided to cancel with this ridiculous company, and I was told that I had to pay one months notice of cancellation, but now I've just received and extra months invoice and a different consultant just emailed me saying yet again that I must pay another months notice of cancellation even though I requested to cancel a month ago !!??? Like are these people insane or are they simply pathetic at communicating amongst one another in the company.

I would never recommend using this company and I urge you not to use it, ever!
