Pathetic service from RSA Web

I have cancelled my subscription to RSA Web mid October. I returned my router weeks ago just to see them still invoice me for the router aswell. None of there departments get back to you and they transfer your ticket everyday as nobody takes responsibility for your enquiry. They keep debiting my account for the wrong amount aswell. Its literally the worst service I have received from a service provider thus far. To date, I have still not received the correct invoice..... It's a joke!
