Pathetic service from a service provider

Pathetic service for a service provider. I haven't had the internet fibre installed and I cannot believe how pathetic and useless their service is, every promise and commitment to deal with the issue and not once have they even returned a call. I have to phone vumatel.to figure out what the issue is not them, and this is all before they have installed the fibre, which they have not. Pathetic
