PATHETIC SERVICE

I have only been a customer for 1 month but already had such a headache with support personnel....incorrect information upon selling the package....paid accounts suspensions. I can't fault the internet service to be fair, but Lord help you if have a querie.....PATHETIC. I've paid my account in full after my dispute....and still I got suspended.
