Pathetic Service

The most pathetic service I have ever received in my years of living. Firstly, you wait 2 hours on the phone to get help from someone. I signed up with a guy who was doing rounds in our township in Gugulethu in November 2022 for a service that was suppose to have started in December 2022. In March they only came out, still I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said they should proceed because of how they sold these service to me. I made my payments for the first month and since than I started being billed for other things I was not aware of. on my third I decided that I am cancelling this nonsense. No one bothered to further explain the reasons attached to the cancellations, I am sure everyone was very happy to get rid of me. This past weekend an amount of R1725 was deducted, when I query on their live chat, Cole the agent tells me I had outstanding amounts on my account. What nonsense is that? When I closed my account I was even credited because I over paid. Than I am told it was a cancellation fee, I have not even received a billing account for that on my emails and where I stay. They further tell they wont be able to refund me.

I am totally horrified by such a unprofessional service they offer their clients. It is one of those business you dont see them long in the market because of how they handle their clients.

I dont even think their is room for development.
