Pathetic service at Rsa Web

I have been experiencing the most ********** service at RSA Web. Long story short they started billing me more than the package I signed up for. When I queried it I was told their prices have gone up! And I line speed is short of what I'm paying for. However I now discoverd the website is still offering that same package at the same price. Then I get a surprise bill of R5000 which they say is a cancellation penalty even though I did not cancel! They claim my line is with Web Africa. Web Africa has never heard of me.. I continue to pay my service to them without being suspended or cancelled as I am now still getting a service but not sure who to pay. My latest bill R 1450 for cancellation penalty although my 1 year contact has now lapsed! No one is willing to help! Or resolve.
