Pathetic Service
Good day, I would just to mention that my installation was done on Friday the 30th of August and it was said that it would take 4-12 hours but nothing happened. Saturday another technician came and gave me the same timeline and we are on Wednesday the 04 September and I still don't have a connection. I was told by the call center that i should wait for the technician to become available (no timeline). I work from home and i cannot without internet and also i paid for the service. This by far the worst service I have received.
