Pathetic service

Pathetic service, numerous calls for assistance ro their call centre and still can't get the fiber up and running, so eventually after backa and forth for almost a complete month of patience and waiting I request that they send a technician to assist only to receive an email from service agent telling me the info is correct so they won't send someone to assist. We have spend so much time with them trying to assist remotely ... which has been unsuccessful. Biggest mistake ever to have chosen to sign up with them.
