Pathetic Service

i am totally disgusted with the service i am receiving from RSA WEB. I have called Numerous times and spoke to multiple agents who are not able to help me. Two weeks ago i drove to the offices and was assisted my Henrie and still today the problem is not sorted. I spoke to Razeem today who is totally not answering me on Whatsapp.All i need is for my Prepaid Fibre service to be paid.Can someone or anyone with knowledge from accounts help me ?Otherwise will move another ISP
