PATHETIC SERVICE

Last week I contacted RSAweb online, it was such a quick service as through their online chat.. I completed everything and it seemed that all was in order in no time. Few days later I received a call from a guy who was coming to do an installation and they did explain that someone from Octotel was coming to sort out my connection after I had received the router.

The router arrived the next day and I did all I was informed to do. Later I contacted them and the morning I also called. They inefficient call centre agent requested that I log into the laptop and try to connect while I was holding on the call which was made by myself.. after holding so long she realised that someone from Octotel was supposed to do the connection of the cables outside my house where the box was.

Saturday a guy who was on call called later and requested to know what is going on. I informed him what the agent in the morning said and he indicated that by Monday a guy will come and resolve this.

I have been calling them since Monday and no response the call rings and it goes straight to a music tone up until I stop listening to the song.
