Pathetic Service !!

Since I placed my order on the 25th of October, I have had nothing but excuses, lies, and the run-around from the consultants at RSAWEB. The worst customer service I have ever received. After many calls, virtual chats and emails, my router gets delivered, 13 days after I placed the order, but only when I lost my patience and tried to cancel my order. I was then told that activation of the sim card is automated and will take 2-24 hours. Well it's been almost 48 hours and I'm still waiting and I'm still being told different stories as to why it's not connected yet. I'm convinced they have a book of stories/lies in front of them and pick 1. I will NEVER recommend RSAWEB to anyone
