Pathetic customer service
Rsaweb really has pathetic customer service, i have been calling them almost everyday for the last 2 weeks and have not recieved not one return call even though i have been told my query has been escalated but still no call back, they increase my speed and price without notifying me, i am waiting till this day for upper management to call me but it seems they just care and expect me to pay without them giving me a proper explanation for there actions, i have wasted more than a 100 worth of airtime but still they do not care to contact me nd resolve my issue
