Pathetic Customer Service!!!!!!!!

Sadly I needed to select 1 star, I actually wanted to not select anything :)

Premiums increased after 3 weeks. They are nowhere to be found, Whatsapp line-no answer, Emails-no response, Calls- number does not exist. They never available when you need them, they are very quick to increase your premium and debit on time religiously. I work in the service industry myself and that is not the way to conduct good business.

I will not recommend them to anyone because when you need them the most they never available!!!
