PATHETIC COMPANY!!

Internet has been down whole morning and it has caused me to lose out on working time which will be classified as unpaid. Their customer service is nonexistent. When they have an internet outage, they go off the grid so you are not able to get hold of them. They can't be reached via phone, live chat or WhatsApp. Even their website is down which is very suspicious. If you are considering RSAWEB, think again. You will be wasting your money and paying for a service you cannot use
