Pathetic client service for new client

I responded on a adverti*****t for a special where you sign up 24 months and get installation router ups for free. When delivered and I queried I was told I needed to order the faster line to qualify for the UPS. Vumatel installed line on 29th. I phoned the afternoon. Was told to enter pin and it will work. Phoned support on 1st March to be told Monday they will sort it. Phoned Monday to be informed they have a issue with some other number and can not yet activate. We are on Wednesday and I am still struggling. I told the cusomer service I want to cancel and I am just ignored. I will never send them any business!
