Pathetic and lazy billing service

This is becoming rediculous. I am currently sitting in a situation where I have to block my bank card from allowing transactions because RSAweb has *********** people working in Billing.

RSAweb has not allocated my previous months payment and want to double decduct my account even after I sent proof and statements. 4 calls and 3 tickets later and nothing is resolved. I realised the mistake before the new year and even on the 8th it still hasn't been resolved.

This is not the first time I have issues with them. I am seriously only waiting another month before leaving for another ISP. Their after sales service for the last year has been pathetic and I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
