Pathetic agents

I have wasted hours on a phone with agents that dont know what they are doing. They are unorganised sbd have no telephone manners.... and Faith the lady from the account department is rude and unprofessional... they gave me one amount yesterday of R1985 to cancel i call in today for a proof of cancellation letter and they give me a new amount of over R2000... and no one can tel me why the amojnt vhanged over night? Amd to crown it all off i have never received a router or any device from them so i have never ever made use of them????? I will never advice anyone to use their services
