Pathetic After Sales Support and service

don't even bother to move over to this ISP or to start your journey on the internet with RSAWEB. I made the mistake of moving from Afrihost to RSAWEB because of their UPS deal. its not worth it. rather go and buy the UPS yourself. customer service is ridiculous. my account has been suspended as I write this review, because of the transaction I made from Discovery Bank not yet reflecting in RSAWEB's account. be careful, they are willing to double debit your account, they make mistakes on their side and you have to pay the price of services just being suspended or cancelled. My account with them had issues of pro-rata payment that did not go off due to their mistake. when I paid the amount, my account gets suspended. also while chatting to support on the WebChat, they informed me my account has been CANCELLED!! when I asked the lady why and who cancelled my account, she said "re-connection takes 1 - 5 days".... this is appalling service. I still have not received an answer as to why my account was cancelled. save yourself the effort and issues by selecting a different ISP. I tried to upgrade from the 100mbps to 400mbps line and it literally took more than a week!!!! 7 diffrent people tried to assist me. the support service people keep on shifting your ticket to other people in some other department. its ridiculous. Afrihost can have you up and running within 15mins. and you can upgrade your account via the Client Zone. no tickets this and tickets that. I regret using RSAWEB.
