PATHETIC ACCOUNTS AND BILLING SERVICE!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICES FROM RSAWEB BILLING AND ACCOUNTS TEAM!!! I had migrated from MWeb to RSAWEB because they were voted the #1 and because they came in a little cheaper for my line speed.

I specifically requested my own account since I signed up for my parents a year prior and I was supposed to get this black Friday special and switch over credit.

My parents have been charged the full price for my Fibre and I've been trying to get this fixed for months.

Billing promises one thing then does the complete opposite. Accounts sent me an email confirmation regarding the black Friday special and switch over credit, yet it was never app****.

My account is pending suspension due to the incompetency of the billing and accounts team and I need this Fibre for work. I will take this matter further if I lose out on work!
