PATHETIC!!!

I don't even know where to begin with my frustration with this company, I placed an order on the 24th of September and did not get any communication as to when the installation would be done, after following up with them for a few days without any feedback I asked for a cancelation and refund, the refund ticket was logged on the 1st of October and to date I have not received any confirmation that the refund is done. There is no way to contact the accounts division directly you have to go through the whatsapp Chanel and I swear everyone i interact with is *********** I keep going around in circles and everyone who I speak to promises to call me back and they never did..what's a person to do in this situation
