Overcharged for months

RSAWeb have been casually overcharging me for months. On good months, it's only double the amount it should be; on bad, there are numerous duplications of line-items, or items repeated from previous invoices in spite of my having settled in full each month since I first signed up, several years ago.

I'll take the blame for not looking into this earlier, but it's now been many months and several thousands of rands that I'll never see again, due to either duplicity or incompetence. I hope you invested it wisely, RSAWeb, as I've just signed up with Afrihost and will no longer be advocating you amongst my peers.
