Ongoing issues, no willingness to assist, don't care attitude

Beyond fed up with the don't care attitudes from the people who work for this company. They say they'll assist or call you back, that never happens. Every time I've received feedback was when I picked up the phone and called. Sometimes holding on for 30 minutes at a time. Same query been going on for 3 days now and I am still no closer to getting it resolved. Once this matter is resolved, I am taking my business elsewhere. No man... as if loadshedding and water shortages aren't enough to deal with and now my internet isn't working either.
