One of the worse ISPs

We have been with RSAweb for over a year... worse mistake we ever made. Since we have had the Fibre Optic line installed the speed has never been constant. We have a 20mbps uncapped line, but I often get 120ms on local servers and slow download speeds not to talk about the 1mbps average upload speed. As for service logging tickets takes well over a few weeks for a reply, and tends to end in RSAweb blaming Telkom and not doing anything to actually fix the problem.
