number 1 bad service in the world.

I have an account with RSAWeb and now sim card is not working and i reversed my debit orders as i cannot pay for services im not using, i have been escalating to technical department they dont do anything. Now im told by finance that if i dont pay i will be listed as a default payer. they are quick to do suck but not quick to fix my problem. worse organisation ever. i regret opening an account with them...
