Nothing delivered as promised and no response

I will put an email here that I sent on 14 November to RSAWeb, and till today, no response not the correct speed: My service was activated on 14 Nov and I am concerned about a few things.

1. First 3 months, there was a promo that worked out that I qualify for R369 per month if I remember correctly. I don't see that reflecting on my next bill

2. Sanlam reality discount I had to apply in the app again, as it did not show as app****.

3. I app**** the SWITCH code during my order check out to qualify for up to R1000 credit, as I have switched from Mweb to RSA Web. I was very happy at Mweb btw for years. I don't see this reflecting anywhere.

I really will rather switch back to Mweb than sit with this nonsense.
