NOT SUITABLE FOR GAMING NEVER AGAIN WITH RSAWEB

Never use RSAWeb again. Fibre drops at random and is incredibly high latency while it is up, making it completely unsuitable for FPS gaming unless you enjoy warping around and shooting blanks. When the line is operational, their support wants to test the router? but cant explaing the frequent drops and high latency. I had a similar experience with Telkom, and the issue vanished when I switched to a new ISP. They frequently close tickets because their employees are unable to resolve issues since they are likely underpaid and lack the necessary skills. There are plenty of better ISPs, so do yourself a favor and avoid these idiots on the Garden Route (Mosselbay). They will now be added to the Telkom and MWEB list and will never be used again. RIP

Seems rsaweb do not have any staff willing to help with gaming experience as they are asking for speedtest result to fully working websites with no issues and no connection to the high latency for gaming issues.

Slow speeds are not the issue; rather, high latency and sporadic drops are. The quality of the line and connections is what matters, not the line speed. Why is it necessary to test websites when there are no problems with Google, BBC, etc.?

Is there a reason for the lack of response? Perhaps no standard response template exists for this scenario?

Unfortunately, their "support" staff is now peddling excuses/lies and trying to tell me that "Gaming servers for COD (Activision/Blizzard titles) are typically located in Europe"
Quick and simple Google search confirm that's a lie as there are 2 dedicated South African servers.

The issue I have is with local servers, most likely the Johannesburg server, which is in the range of 28ms, with sporadic drops where I momentarily lose connection, most likely as a result of bottlenecks and/or a congested network.
rsaweb equals high latency lack of knowledgeable support staff plus a congested network with bottlenecks and intermittent drops truth be told!
