Not just a bad ISP, it's generally just a bad company.

Probably one of the most pathetic companies I've ever dealt with. I switched away from them to Mweb who receive a lot of flak, but so far Mweb is cheaper for the same service and the people who work there are actually competent.

RSAWeb completely messed up their billing and sent extremely dubious invoices that looked like they were written by someone who failed high school accounting. After trying to open tickets, I phoned them and someone eventually sorted it out. About a week later, I received a notice that a ticket had been opened for an issue that I had already solved.

When their service died, their website and phone numbers stop working so I couldn't even find out what was happening which is unacceptable for someone who relies on the internet for work.

There are so many ISPs available in South Africa. Seriously, consider anyone else. You'd think this is a government run ISP with how useless they are.
