Not ISP but ****

I am ****ed off. I am still getting this invoice notification meaning my business account will be debited again on the first after requesting cancelation so many times since September 2022 and I keep reversing the debit order which is a bad reflection on my business credit profile and also who is paying for the bank charges, me. This leaves me no choice but to escalate it further with ISPA for this business misconduct by RSAweb. I really don't know if this company is ran by human or robots since no one is able to just cancel the account permanently and make sure there won't be any future debit orders against my business. All you do is creat a ticket and act busy. This is the worst ISP I have ever worked with and I regret partnering with you.
