NOT HAPPY WITH RSAWEB AS A NEW CLIENT

Why I is my account being debited, after I specifically told the person who assisted me that I want to make use of the voucher option? Now I am being debited, without giving my consent?? RSAWEB, please explain yourself??? Since I am not working and have little to no money in my account, I have been debited twice, so I now have to pay additional banking fees. I thought you guys were one of the best ISP's, but alas I am learning something else. Also we get a lot of connected, but no internet connection as well. As I am at home alone during the day, I struggle to watch something on the tv as well.
