not happy thus far

Unfortunately no good review for me to post here. Sales team were top notch, however the first problems came after activation. Since then, it's been up to me to follow up on updates on support tickets, as of yet no fix for my current 0.60mb/s upload line.

I'm already regretting switching from Rain to RSAWEB, and anyone who has delt with Rain also know how poor their service is, and so far, RSA Web doesn't seem to be any better.
