Not Happy at all with RSAWEB

Not very helpful once router is delivered . They don't send anyone out to help with the installation. I received an email my fibre is now live and active and still now It can't connect to the internet . They keep telling you to do the same stuff over and over again . Which I do and still you get no where . They expect you to do everything and know everything. Where other service providers send you someone to do the setup and tests for you they don't . They expect you to know how to do it even when they tell you what to do and I do exactly what they say I still don't have internet. I want to cancel my prescription and get a service provider that's willing to assist . Why if I pay for a service I must still struggle on my own to get it connected . I hope they know I won't accept any billing for something I can't use . They must come fetch their router and I will get a quality service provider that's willing to go the extra mile
