Not Happy

Besides my internet going off intermittently all the time, I'm still waiting for my account issue to be resolved. Everytime I contact them they say it's been escalated. No feedback whatsoever. Their contact platform like whatsapp etc is a joke, you message and wait forever for a reply(if you even get one). The only reason I'm with RSA Web is because I get discount through Sanlam Vitality, However with this kind of service I will gladly rather pay another ISP more.
