Not #1. No router deliver led after 6 weeks

My services start 01/01/2023. I signed up in November 2022. I was told by the sales person my router will be delivered in due course (before my services start) I contacted them last week as I still had not received my router, I was told it wilpuld be arranged on Monday. I still have not had any communication. I realized today I still do not have my router and my services start tomorrow. I contacted support and Donito Botha couldn't give a stuff. It is clear he does not want to help or quite frankly be at work today. So I will be paying for services I cannot use because RSAWeb cannot use a courier service to deliver a router. I haven't even started my services with them and this is what I get. Google says they are #1 and they boats proudly they have the best customer service. Yeah, sure, whatever you say.
