Non service delivery

No home wifi connection the whole day and the call centre is not able to give any indication of when the problem will be resolved...highly unprofessional yet we are expected to accept it..no doubt you will ensure that your monthly debit order goes through hey...questioning how it is that when we were with Rain we had little to no issues and it costs less...we are now paying more and receiving less
