Non existent service

They do not provide a service at all!! They expect you to pay, but don’t resolve issues on their side. It takes 7 days for them to log a ticket and then it takes apparently 72h to resolve after that. Worst of all, they put the phone down in your ear!! That is very unprofessional!!
