Non existent customer service

Signed up with RSAweb and have had the worst experience ever. No connectivity for more than a month ableit numerous calls and emails to support team. Lack of communication is herendous and on top of that they charge/bill and deduct money from your account for a service that you are not able to use. Dont think raising this issues with them will illicit any kind of response and when you wish to cancel you will be sent the same template email over and over from different people.

It's like communicating with a robot except that robots will answer their customers questions and queries.
