No Service (VOIP) -

There are no negative stars, which is what RSA Web deserves. It is hard to believe they are in the communication business, where there is no communication. They are my ISP and I tried for 2 months to add VOIP to my contract. No one returns calls, no one responds on the online Chat or WhatsApp line and when I finally spoke to a human being, she was unable to answer simple questions, she had to keep referring to someone else while I held on. I went to another service provider and was set up in under a week! Will I recommend RSA Web - absolutely NOT!! They do not even have a complaints page to escalate complaints internally, that tells you something about their take on Treating Customers Fairly!
