No service delivery for a week now.

Terrible service. My Fibre was installed by Vumatel last week Tuesday. Up to now it's not active. I have been call RSAweb and no seems to know what is happening. No seems to have any clue on how to help me. It's very frustrating l can't work my kids can't do their school work. I got a call yesterday from the installing partner but they were given a wrong address. Even they got confused and said they don't know what RSAweb sent them for.
