No service

Terrible ,non existing client service. I could not access certain websites for 4 days. Made various attempts to call them only to wait in vain. Sent messages on the web portal. All I see is the ticket numbers. One of them still sent me an email after 4 days wanting to find out how she can help. My response was simply call me back as I cannot reach RSA web. This also fell on deaf ears. Curiously waiting if I will be refunded for 4 days when there were problems on their side.
