No Router and Still no Internet....

Ordered a new link via Sanlam Reality Special for discount. Was the wrong choice I made to move away from VOX service was great but RSAWeb. Mailed them a week before date of new contract no one rep****. Asked for my router no one rep****. 1st Des came still no router. Got notification my contract is activated but still no router... Still to date still no router and still no internet. One of the worst customer service I have seen in a while. I think, I must move back to VOX. Still no call up to today to say sorry about the "Great Service"
