No internet connection

Worse service ever. I received my roater and fiber connected in my house on the 27th of Over, till today I have no connection and as per Opensave the fiber is connected correctly as they even sent their technician, and he came with his router which he was able to connect to internet and was working nicely. I have contacted RSAWEB several times and I still haven't received any feedback about it. I am so disappointed in their service.
