No Free Month

Ive done an installation 2 months ago, as per they website they said the first month is free but guess what????

Now i get this story that my package doesnt include the free month yet when i signed up there was a pop up banner saying sign up now and get free month for all ISP. Now that banner no longer comes up , they are a bunch of *****
