NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am waiting for connection for 3 weeks after paying for connection and NO HELP AT ALL!! I have called n numerous times with no help, held on in some cases over 30 min for help. I have sent emails and all they tell me is they working on it.

Very bad customer service especially when we are paying for no service.
