No connection or even an installation!

We signed up with Sesethu Time, for a deal advertised in December 2022. The service was great and the active connection date was set for 1st Feb 2023. Plenty of time to set it all up. All requested documents were sent and then no communication for a month. Now for two days I have been trying to get hold of anyone who knows what is going on with our installation. Being passed from person to person, hours online and no replies from the WhatsApp number. Not sure why people were saying to us that this is the best company to switch to.
