No connection

My internet was cut off Saturday around 23:00pm. I logged a ticket with no response as usual till I contacted them on Sunday between 11:30 and 12:00 yesterday. My internet is still not working till today and they will charge me the 2 days without connection. I was just connected for two and half weeks after I had a struggle of 3 months installation request.

Andiswa Mguqulwa **** to me by saying the cables were vandalised in Kuils River only to find out my neighbours had not internet issues but my house. The following is a email sent:
